1. What RSVPs.me is

RSVPs.me is a web-based service that allows users to create events, send invitations, and track RSVP responses.

2. Using the service

You must use RSVPs.me lawfully and in a way that does not harm the service or other users.

You are responsible for the information you enter into the product, including event details, guest names, email addresses, phone numbers, and messages you send through the platform.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address used for sign-in. You are also responsible for activity that takes place through your account.

4. Guest data

If you upload guest data, you confirm that you have the right to use that information for the purpose of inviting people to your event.

5. Beta service

RSVPs.me is currently offered in beta. This means parts of the service may change, improve, or occasionally break while the product is being developed.

We may add, remove, or change features during this period.

6. Pricing

The service is currently free while in beta.

Planned pricing may include: a free tier with usage limits, a pay-per-event option, and an annual paid plan.

If paid features are introduced later, pricing will be shown clearly before you are charged.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use RSVPs.me to:

• Send spam
• Harass or deceive people
• Upload unlawful or harmful content
• Interfere with the service
• Attempt unauthorised access to accounts or systems

We may suspend or remove access where necessary.

8. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, especially during beta.

9. Intellectual property

The service, branding, design, and software behind RSVPs.me belong to RSVPs.me unless stated otherwise.

You retain rights to the content you upload, but you give us the right to process and display it as needed to operate the service.

10. Ending use

You can stop using RSVPs.me at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are broken or if the service is misused.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RSVPs.me is provided as-is during beta. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the date at the top of the page.
