Privacy & guest access

Plain-English answers to how your event data works

Who can see my event?

Only people you invite. Each guest gets a unique personal link. There is no public event directory. If you turn on the generic share link, anyone with that link can view the event details, but you control whether they can RSVP.

Do my guests need to create an account?

No. Guests click their invite link and RSVP directly — no sign-up, no password, no app to download.

Who can post to the activity feed?

You (the host) can always post. Guests can post only after they have submitted an RSVP. Guests who access the event via a generic share link cannot post.

Who can upload photos?

Any guest with a personalised invite link can upload photos. Generic share-link visitors cannot. Every photo goes through host approval before it appears in the album — nothing is visible to other guests until you approve it.

Can I delete a guest's post or photo?

Yes. As the host you can delete any post from the activity feed and remove any photo from the album at any time.

Can guests see each other's contact details?

No. Guests can see who else is coming (if you turn on that option), but only display names — never email addresses or phone numbers.

What happens to my data?

See our full Privacy Policy. The short version: we do not sell your data or your guests' data. We do not show ads.

For the full legal details, see our Privacy Policy.
